Who We Are

At Capital Rehab our mission is to help you achieve the highest level of health in collaboration with your unique goals.  We specialize in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with an emphasis on non-operative spine care, injections and nerve testing. We utilize a constellation of  modalities to diagnose and treat a variety of spinal, musculoskeletal, or neurologic pathologies . These pathologies include,  but are not limited to, medical management, a comprehensive rehabilitation plan, and a variety of spinal injections procedures. We  offer EMG/NCS diagnostic testing (nerve testing) to evaluate for a variety of neurologic disorders. We also work with pilots and commercial drivers to ensure that they can safely operate their vehicles whether for commercial or recreational activities. Here at Capital Rehab we are dedicated to providing excellent, up to date treatment using an evidence based approach  that will help you get back to your best life.
